ARCO. Ten months exactly, day plus, day minus. So much has passed from the closure to the reopening of the Covid ward at the Eremo di Chiarano d’Arco nursing home; reopened these days due to an outbreak that involved 8 patients and two employees, a health worker and a nurse. All with double vaccines, all asymptomatic, all housed or working in the motor rehabilitation department.
The new “patient zero” arrived last Sunday from a Venetian facility and, in addition to practice, having a cold was subjected to a positive swab. In the meantime, the roommate has also been positive and according to the official data provided yesterday afternoon by the medical director of the “Eremo”, Dr. Sergio Fontana, the current situation speaks of 8 patients and two positive operators.
