The first school in the Metaverse is underway, an all-Italian record given that the pilot project is by the students of the St. Louis School of Milan. In fact, it is they who will be the first to experience a new hybrid learning method, able to deepen and enhance their study path.
The working group that presented the initiative these days, underlined how the project is destined to become an integral part of its educational objectives: to deepen learning and inspire all students to reach their unique potential.
Inspired will thus be the first group of global schools to develop a school in the Metaverse and will build it on the basis of its prestigious Reddam House physical school in Berkshire, UK. The school can be reached from anywhere in the world by Inspired students to deepen their learning experience through collaborative teaching and learning in Virtual Reality.

The technology will engage students in a new and unique form, providing the opportunity to access live virtual classrooms with other students from around the world. For example, students gathered in the Metaverse could enter the same math class, virtually collaborating to solve difficult equations. Those involved will be able to experience the size and scale of a dinosaur firsthand, put chemical atoms together, explore the human body, or visit inspiring global destinations, in current or historical times, for fieldwork and research, along with classmates who may be thousands of miles away.
