In Emilia-Romagna the Green Pass lands on the Electronic Health Record. Lepida has made the adjustments required in the national specifications for the receipt of the Dgc (Digital Green Certificate) in the Health Record of the patients in the region and has completed the tests with the national infrastructure. From 25 July the national level began to send the DGCs to the regional infrastructure and the first certificates are now available and downloadable, in the “others” section of the Electronic Health Record. The availability of the document will be gradual, because the indexing process has begun from the national platform of the Ministry of Health, that is, the transfer of the DGCs, which will gradually extend to all clients in Emilia-Romagna.
The Emilia-Romagna Region has made the vaccination certificate available in the regional Electronic Health Record as early as 2017. With the start of anti Covid-19 vaccinations, the vaccination certificate can also be used to consult the doses carried out for vaccination. The certificate is issued by the competent health authority and uploaded to the dossier usually within 24 hours of administration.
From last June 17, the national platform was also activated to obtain the Green Certification (Digital Green Certificate – DGC), which is issued by the Ministry of Health through the National Platform, based on the data transmitted by the Vaccine Regions and Autonomous Provinces. The Dgc is a Certification in digital and printable format, issued by the national platform of the Ministry of Health, which contains a two-dimensional barcode (QR Code) and an electronic seal qualified to verify its authenticity and validity. The Dgc is issued to those who have been vaccinated, to those who have recovered from Covid-19 or to those who have had a molecular or antigen test with negative results at the authorized facilities. From 1 July the Green Certification is valid as an EU digital Covid certificate and makes it easier to travel to and from all countries of the European Union and the Schengen area. The Dgc can be downloaded from the dedicated website www.dgc.gov.it, from the Immuni app and from IO – the public services app, but will soon be available on the regional Electronic Health Records, via the national interoperability infrastructure.
