Health. The terms of the Madia Law have been extended

by admin

The amendment of the Madia Law passes to the Senate: the terms of the stabilization of temporary workers have been extended

New deadline for the stabilization of temporary staff in public administrations. The achievement of the fateful 36 months was therefore set for December 31, 2022, then extended by one year.

The amendment to paragraph 3:

“3-bis. In article 20 of the legislative decree of 25 May 2017, n. 75, the words: “31 December 2021”, wherever they occur, are replaced by the following: “31 December 2022”.

Good news for all health professionals, nurses, social health workers who will now be able to benefit from this opportunity to finally eliminate the scourge of precariousness.

In fact, there are many health professionals engaged in Covid operating units who have been waiting for this extension for a long time, and who, a few days or months after reaching the 36th month of work, had lost all hope.
