The flu vaccines are well tested and adjusted every year. Everyone over the age of 60 and those who have risk factors, for example a chronic illness, should be vaccinated – but also pregnant women from the second trimester of pregnancy. In addition to vaccination protection, the classic rules of distance and hygiene and regular airing also help to prevent infection with influenza viruses.
