The plans of Federal Health Minister Prof. Dr. Charles. W. Lauterbach, MdB, on hospital reform is increasingly unsettling the market, especially since the states do not want to support the plans in their current form. The financial situation for hospitals continues to deteriorate and it is extremely difficult for them to plan and prepare for the future under these unclear conditions.
The Health Industry Management Congress would therefore like to invite you to a supra-regional exchange with colleagues about the current status of both federal hospital reform and hospital planning in North Rhine-Westphalia. With North Rhine-Westphalia’s Health Minister Karl-Josef Laumann, MdL, we have once again managed to invite an important politician on this topic and win him over as a speaker.
As usual, the congress also offers a wide range of hospital topics. These include, among other things, a session on mergers – including cross-denominational – as well as a session with best practice reports from nursing on the aspects of interprofessional collaboration, employees from abroad and the positions of the North Rhine-Westphalia Nursing Chamber.
