Seized a gym in via Dante. The carabinieri of the Nas intervened in the premises of the Body Club to verify compliance with the rules established for the containment of infections. If on the front of the prevention measures for Covid-19 everything turned out to be regular, the military instead complained to the owner of the activity an administrative violation: the lack of the certified notification of start of activity.
According to what was reconstructed by the Nas military, the owner of the gym, pursuant to article 7 of regional law 29/2014, should have owned the Scia. The rule in question contains the provisions for the opening of private structures and facilities for the performance of physical-motor activities and among these provides that the opening is “subject to prior communication to the competent Municipality for the territory”.
The gym managers have a different opinion, who yesterday, after the Nas inspection, launched a petition through an online platform entitled “Correction of material error sentence 172/2018 article 56” (click here) bringing up laws and judgments that would dispense the managers of gyms, which take the form of amateur sports associations, from the need to own the Scia and therefore to interface with the Suap.
