Fennel, on the other hand, has digestive, diuretic, purifying and even antioxidant properties. Thanks to the juices we can consume vegetables in an alternative way and obtain the same properties.

Ingredients and preparation of the juice

To prepare the diuretic, digestive and antioxidant juice we use:

-1 fennel;

-2 carrots;

-1 slice of lemon;

– sugar or stevia

Carefully wash the carrots and fennel and then peel the lemon slice. If we like it, we can also use the grated lemon zest to add to the juice once ready. Coarsely chop the carrots and fennel and use an extractor or blender to finely chop them and make them into juice. Once blended, add the lemon slice. If we want a less intense taste, add water to the juice obtained and sweeten with a teaspoon of sugar or a little stevia.
