Safer Internet Day: is it how much time kids spend on social media that should concern us?

Today is the 19th world day for online safety, Safer Internet Day (SID), established and promoted by the European Commission since 2004. An annual event in which everyone, starting with the institutions, schools and associations, is called to raise awareness of a more responsible use of the web, sowing good examples and good practices that our kids will pick up day after day.
