Asthma and exercise: a combination that often makes you turn up your nose. However, it is now a belief of the past to think that those suffering from this pathology cannot play sports. A recent study published in Annals of Medicine has in fact highlighted that yoga and breathing control practices, in combination with aerobic training, are particularly important exercises for people with asthma.
