As part of the agreement between the Alpine Rescue and the Army Alpine Troops Command, the operators of the Military Alpine Rescue Team will collaborate with the Cnsas (National Alpine and Speleological Rescue Corps) to guarantee, in case of need, the timeliness of rescue in the Gesso valley while in the Arma valley in the Stura valley 17 Alpine troops will be engaged in the descent of Colle Fauniera with the task of reporting any critical issues to contribute to the safety of the route and intervene in case of need, while another 20 will take care of the control of the gates along the route.
