I recipient

To obtain the exemption you must be a citizen residing in a municipality in Emilia-Romagna, possess an ISEE certificate (Equivalent Economic Situation Indicator) equal to or less than 15mila euro and being deprived or suspended from work.

The applicant must have lost involuntarily employed work for an indefinite, non-intermittent period after 1 October 2008, or having ceased a self-employment exercised through ownership of a VAT number. Furthermore, he must never have re-employed, after losing his job, with another non-intermittent permanent employee job or with self-employment activities other than para-subordinate or occasional forms.

The exemption also includes workers suspended from an employment relationship for an indefinite period in ordinary, extraordinary or exceptional layoffs, in addition to dependent family members of those who meet the requirements.

Bureaucratic simplification

The Region has committed itself to streamlining bureaucratic procedures: in fact, it will be sufficient to present aself-certification via the electronic health record to communicate your condition suspended or jobless, without the need for further certification. The offices will then take charge of the necessary checks. Those who have difficulties with technology will still be able to present the self-certification in paper format to the local health authorities. Furthermore, the ISEE to be presented can be that ordinarywhich photographs incomes with a reference period of two years, but also that chainuseful if the economic hardship is recent, because it takes into consideration the income of the last 12 months.
