The meeting of the Board of Directors of Sport and Health took place this Wednesday 17 January.
Among the various items on the agenda there is also that concerning the advancement of the Social Projects, for which the disbursement of the definitive tranches relating to “Sport for Everyone – Neighborhoods” e “Sport for Everyone – Inclusion” in favor of Asd/Ssd, through the Affiliation Bodies, admitted to financing with the 2021 Public Notices, and the provision of intermediate tranches regarding the project “Sports in the Parks – Line of Intervention 2” aimed at creating unequipped areas to provide free activities aimed at different targets (children and teenagers, women, over 65s).
During the session, the definitive disbursements for the project were also approved “Sport Lover”created in collaboration with the Lazio Region and dedicated to the over 65s.
The initiative aims to develop, through free courses, activities aimed at spreading the culture of movement in the elderly and promoting sport as a prevention tool to improve psycho-physical well-being.
Furthermore, the service contract between Sport e Salute SpA and CONI was approved and is valid until 31 December 2024.
