Since July 2020, the date on which Tiziano Carradori was appointed director of the Ausl Romagna, as many as 15 complex structures have found a guide. Claudio Lazzari (Medical Direction of Cesena Hospital). Originally from Mantua, he graduated in 2003 in Medicine and Surgery from the University of Bologna and specialized in Hygiene and Preventive Medicine. After various professional experiences at the Hospital Medical Direction of the S. Orsola-Malpighi Polyclinic, in 2012 he was assigned to the Medical Direction of the Maggiore hospital. In 2014 he took up service in the capital, gaining various professional experiences in the field of medical supervision. At first he worked at ASL Roma E, where, following the process of defining the Micro organization in the Macro Structure Area of the company health management, he also took on the highly specialized managerial position in “Hospital process innovation”. Subsequently he moved to ASL Roma 1 with a role of responsibility at the Company Health Management and then the Medical Management of the Hospital Unit ensuring the coordination of hospital activities of computerization processes (e-Health), responsible for the Hospital-Territory Operations Center, Path of the Surgical Patient and Quality of Health Documentation.
Federica Matteucci (Nuclear Medicine Romagna)Tuscan by birth but Faenza by adoption, she graduated in Medicine in 1989 at the University of Pisa, specializing in Nuclear Medicine. After a brief experience at the Pisan hospital, she begins to work in Romagna, lending her activity in the Nuclear Medicine departments of the hospitals of Faenza, Forlì and at the Romagna Scientific Institute for the study and treatment of Tumors. Over the years he has developed extensive specialized skills in the field of nuclear medical diagnostics and in the use of innovative tracers, conventional radio metabolic therapies but also in the context of experimental protocols, and traditional and more recently introduced nuclear medical treatments, for the cancer diagnosis and treatment. You have also acquired knowledge and skills in the field of research, participating in the drafting of numerous papers published in scientific journals, both in the field of PET diagnosis and metabolic radio therapy.
Claudio Graziano (Romagna Medical Genetics). Of Florentine origin, he graduated in Medicine and Surgery in 1997 at the University of Florence where he then specialized in Medical Genetics. His professional career began in university as a researcher, first at the Department of Clinical Pathophysiology of the University of Florence and subsequently at the Department of Internal Medicine and Cardioangiology of the University of Bologna. Since 2017 he has carried out an intense clinical assistance activity in the sector at the Medical Genetics Department of the S. Orsola-Malpighi Polyclinic in Bologna, as head of the joint outpatient clinic of Nephrogenetics, referent for the Marfan center and for the hospital path of neuromuscular pathologies . During his professional activity he has gained various specialized skills, in particular in the field of hereditary diseases of adults and children, of molecular diagnosis and characterization of rare diseases. Over the years he has also taught for the Degree Course in Obstetrics at the Universities of Bologna and Florence and at the Schools of Specialization in Medical Genetics of both the University of Turin and Bologna. Co-author of more than 70 publications in international scientific journals, Dr. Graziano combines an intense scientific activity aimed in particular at the identification of new disease genes and the molecular characterization of genetic pathologies, in the context of national and international collaborations. .
Raffaella Francesconi (First Aid and Emergency Medicine Cesena). Former interim director of the First Aid and Emergency Medicine of the Bufalini hospital in Cesena, also home to the Trauma Center, she was born in Faenza and graduated in Medicine and Surgery at the University of Bologna in 1991. After specialization in Internal Medicine he undertook a training course in the context of emergency-urgency and in 2016 he also obtained the Master in management training. Her work experience begins in Modena, where she works as a first level medical director at the Internal Medicine of the Castel Franco Emilia Hospital. Subsequently she held positions of medical director in the hospitals of Rimini and Bologna. In 1999 she returned to Faenza, where she began to work in the First Aid and Emergency Medicine of the hospital for the sick. In 2010 you took on the highly specialized position “Evaluation of the application of the training and management standards necessary for the stabilization and centralization of the critically ill patient”. In 2012 the appointment as director of the Faenza department arrives. From 2020 to date you are at the helm of the Emergency Emergency Department of the Local Health Authority of Romagna, which puts all the emergency-urgency structures in the Romagna area online. She is the author and co-author of numerous publications and has to her credit numerous teaching activities carried out in the corporate and regional context on emergency issues.
Luca Montaguti (Internal Medicine of Cesena and Cesenatico). Cesenate, former Acting Director of the Internal Medicine Operational Unit of Cesena and Cesenatico, graduated in Medicine and Surgery in 1987 in Bologna. He specializes in Internal Medicine and Rheumatology. In 1989 he began his collaboration with the then AUSL of Cesena, first as Medical Assistant then as Medical Director of Internal Medicine at the Bufalini Hospital, gaining specific skills in the research activity in the study of microcirculation in various pathologies (hypertension arterial, diabetes mellitus, cardiovascular diseases), in sports and mountain medicine. He alternates his work in the ward with experiences abroad, at the Clinical Microcirculation laboratory of the University Hospital of Zurich, in Nepal as part of a CNR project and in Chamonix, for studies on vascular adaptation to high altitude. In 1995 he opened the Rheumatology Service and in 2005 he took on the role of Head of the Simple Structure of Rheumatology. In 2009, in collaboration with the Association of Rheumatic Diseases Emilia Romagna, he launched the ‘Arianna’ project (awarded by FIASO in 2011 and included in the White Book of good practices at national level) by activating a preferential assisted path for taking charge of patients with chronic inflammatory rheumatic diseases.
Antonella Brunelli (Paediatrics and Family Consultancy Cesena). Cesenate, she graduated in Medicine and Surgery in Bologna. After the specialization in Pediatrics, she attended the Continuing Education Course-Department of Pediatrics, Mayo Clinic Rochester, Minnesota-USA and in 2014 she obtained the Master in Economics and Health Policy at the University of Turin / CoRiPe. His first pediatric activity took place in hospital wards, first in Faenza and Rimini, then in the Bufalini division of Pediatrics and Neonatal Intensive Care, where he remained for about 13 years dedicating himself, in addition to clinical activity, to issues relating to child maltreatment, eating disorders, epidemiology, health promotion, screening and integrated pathways. From 2013 to 2015 she was Director of the Rubicone District and from 2011 to 2016 Director of Social and Health Activities ad Interim in Cesena. Since 2015 she has been the contact person for the Infancy and Adolescence Network of the Romagna AUSL. From the hospital and territorial experience of working in a team and with an eye on the health not only of the individual but of the community, for 6 years she has returned to the Paediatrics and Family Counseling Unit of Cesena. You have carried out and continue to carry out an intense cultural and didactic activity on child development, adolescent health and parenting skills, research, teaching and tutoring activities. She is president of the ACP Romagna Cultural Association of Pediatricians since 1994, she is a member of the editorial board of the national magazine “Quaderni ACP”. You have organized and participated in numerous national and regional pediatric congresses.
