An international team of researchers looked at the data of nearly 350,000 participants, and followed them over a ten-year period.

By analyzing the self-reported questionnaires, the experts categorized people’s diets based on quality. Not surprisingly, people with higher levels of physical activity and better quality diets had the lower mortality risk.
