Vaccines, when the green pass does not arrive and the call center does not respond

On June 17, Prime Minister Mario Draghi signed the Decree defining the procedures for issuing the Covid-19 digital green certification, better known as the Green Pass. Designed to facilitate participation in public events, access to health care facilities (RSA) and travel throughout the country, the green pass also became operational at European level from 1 July.
