We lie with our backs on the mat, with our arms behind our heads and our legs bent and slightly apart. With our hands behind our heads, we push outwards. Let’s run 15.

The second exercise is called reverse crunches. We start from the previous position, but this time the arms must be placed at the sides, while the legs must be together. We raise the legs, trying to maintain the contraction of the abdomen. Let’s run 15.
