The Electronic Health Record (ESF) is one of the ways in which it can be get the green pass in Italy.
The green pass, officially called Covid-19 green certification, it can be used to participate in public events, access the RSA, move to the red or orange areas, and from 1 July it will be valid as an “EU digital Covid certificate” (green pass europeo) to travel without restrictions in all countries of the European Union and the Schengen area.
Below we explain what the Electronic Health Record is, how to log in and download the green certificate.
Electronic health record: what it is
The Electronic Health Record is a tool made available by the Ministry of Health on which we find all the data and digital documents on our health life and any medical action that concerns us. For example, any hospitalizations, medical analysis O therapy to which we have undergone. Here we also find the certificate of negative swab, of vaccination against Covid-19 or of successful recovery, all the conditions necessary to obtain the green pass.
By consulting the health file, doctors and health professionals can learn about the patient’s clinical history and all that is needed to allow them to intervene promptly and guarantee the result.
We can choose who is authorized to consult our file, under what conditions and what data they can see, obscuring some information.
How to access the Electronic Health Record for the green pass
The methods of accessing the Electronic Health Record change according to your own Region or to the Autonomous Province of Assistance. Let’s see some examples.
Electronic Health Record Lazio
To enter the electronic health record of Lazio there are 4 ways:
1) SPID
Those with SPID can log in with their unique digital identity. Just click on Enter with SPID and select your provider. Here’s how to request SPID
2) Tessera Sanitaria (TS-CNS)
To access you must have a TS-CNS active and the relative PIN code, enter from a workstation equipped with a special reader in the case of smart cards, and having installed the TS-CNS drivers, provided by the issuing Administration.
3) Electronic Identity Card (CIE)
4) Users of the Lazio Region, i.e. through the digital identity created to access the services of the Lazio Region, by entering the user name (tax code) and password chosen.
Once logged in, your health file will open on the screen where you will find the documents already uploaded by the ASL that performed the service (such as a swab report, anti-COVID-19 vaccination certificates, booking visits, first aid reports, hospital discharge letters …) and where you can upload new documents, drugs used, allergies, blood type, etc …
The vaccination certificate in your ownElectronic Health Record of Lazio is released at the end of the vaccination cycle and after at least 2 days ( 48 ore) from the date of administration of the second dose (Pfizer, Moderna and AstraZeneca) or the Johnson & Johnson single-dose.
Lombardy Electronic Health Record
To activate and manage your ESF in Lombardy you can go to the site Lombardy Region Health Record, at the Choice and Revocation counters of the Lombard ASSTs, at the counters of any accredited public or private structure; in the pharmacy; at the regional branches of SpazioRegione.
Per log into to the Electronic Health Record in Lombardy there are 3 ways:
1) SPID
2) Digital identity with disposable code of the Lombardy Region where the user ID is the identification number on the back of the CNS Health Card and the disposable code is the one received via text message once the username and password have been entered.
3) National Service Card (TS-CNS) or the Regional Services Card (TS-CRS) and PIN code of the card (in this case the user needs a smart-card reader and to have installed the appropriate software).
Tuscany Electronic Health Record
To access the Tuscan health record, you must authenticate with SPID, CIE or CNS (National Service Card)
Veneto Electronic Health Record
While in Veneto to enter the regional electronic health record you have to go up Zero km healthcare, available via website or app. Access to services can be done or through SPID or throughregistration with credentials (social security number and password).
As reported by the official website, the Healthcare portal km zero Fascicolo is being gradually released throughout the region. Allows viewing and downloading of health documentation (reports, hospital discharge letters, first aid reports, etc.), management of the visibility profiles of individual documents and consents, for oneself, for a minor child or for a person which you are legal representatives. Allows you to receive notifications of the availability of new documents.
