Microsoft officially launched the Xbox Design Lab 5 years ago. This is a customized service that has always allowed users to design their own Xbox One controllers. Almost any combination can be made.

This service was temporarily removed by Microsoft last fall because they were preparing for the release of a new controller for the Xbox Series S/X. Yesterday, at the “Xbox Games Showcase: Extended” event, Microsoft finally told us some good news, that is: Xbox Design Lab is back! !

This means that now you can design your own controller and engrave it the way you want. There are 18 basic colors to choose from, including the controller they introduced for the Xbox Series S/X; fluorescent color, pulse red and shock blue. There is also “a new set of black and white ABXY button options, and a new black and white option for viewing, menu, and sharing buttons.”

Even better, Microsoft also revealed that most of the colors “are made of plastic that contains 30% by weight of post-consumer recycled (PCR) materials.” They explained the reason for this decision:

“These color options will reduce the amount of waste plastic that ends up in landfills and ensure that we all do our part to take care of the earth. We believe this work is vital and will continue to increase the PCR we use in our products. Quantity.”

Go here to make and order your exclusive controller, or refer to other designs.
