The three commissioners confirmed
At the request of the Extraordinary Commissioners of Steel mills of Italyalready under extraordinary administration since February 20th, the Minister of Enterprise and Made in Italy Adolfo Ursus signed the decree extending the extraordinary administration procedure also to Holding (Acciaierie d’Italia Holding SpA), confirming the extraordinary commissioners already appointed for the other Group companies, eng. Giancarlo Quaranta, prof. Giovanni Fiori and prof. Davide Tabarelli.
The extraordinary administration also for the Holding will allow the Commissioners to manage all the Group’s activities in a unified and coordinated manner, in order to ensure the continuation of the activity economic and productive nature of the rented branches.
