This was stated by the Russian Foreign Minister, Sergei Lavrov at the third ministerial conference of the countries neighboring Afghanistan (Russia, China, Iran, Pakistan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan) opened today in Tunxi, China.
