Last week there was wild speculation about the red marks on Donald Trump’s right hand. Some saw it as a sign that his health was not going well, but an anonymous source from TMZ has now given a statement that is not too worrying.
The red marks on Donald Trump’s right hand were spotted last Wednesday in photos taken in New York, when the 77-year-old ex-president and presidential candidate arrived in court for the continuation of the trial against author Jean E. Carroll.
A red spot was visible in three places on his hand, and that immediately gave rise to a lot of speculation. For example, syphilis was suggested as a possible explanation, although that avenue was quickly buried by experts. A dermatologist then ruled it out as a rash caused by too much washing or blisters from playing golf.
The following days the spots were no longer noticeable. There was again a lot of speculation about this. An anonymous source from TMZ within the ex-president’s entourage has now dispelled the doubts. The red spots were the result of… Trump cutting himself on a paper. It had turned into a small wound, and blood had spread across his hand as he made a fist. Trump’s team has not yet responded to the fuss.
