CASALE MONFERRATO. He died today in Molinette Cesare Carando, founder in 1976 with Domenico Figoli of the Padano Television Studio, then transformed into Primantenna.

The headquarters of the television studio was in via Cardinal Massaia 32 in Casale Monferrato and included various programs from football news and quizzes to films and TV series up to religious columns.

Already at the end of the 70s, at the instigation of Carando, Studio Televisivo Padano became the first television station in Eastern Piedmont and in the 80s Cesare Carando became its sole publisher.

Then the transfer to Rivoli and the transformation into Primantenna.
