The National Electoral Council (CNE) held a meeting with diplomats accredited in Venezuela ahead of the elections on July 28.
The chancellor Yvan Gil, who was also present at the meeting, hoped to receive more invitations for international observation and the opportunity to send experts to other countries that need electoral advice.
