IVREA. Forty Canavese municipalities between 132 in Turin and 465 in Piedmont with less than 5,000 inhabitants will be the protagonists of the Region’s “Terre alta” tender. Piedmont has decided to encourage those who decide to move to the mountains. With a notice from the Region that will be published on 1 September, the appropriations, from 10 thousand to 40 thousand euros, for the purchase or renovation of a house start. In Canavese there are many possibilities: from the entire Valchiusella to the municipalities of the Orco, Soana and Sacra Valleys, to the Eporediese, from Andrate to Quincinetto.

Of the 465 mountain municipalities involved, 48 are in the province of Alessandria, 12 in Asti, 48 in Biella, 132 in Cuneo, 3 in Novara, 132 in Turin, 66 in Verbano-Cusio-Ossola, 24 in the province of Vercelli. Those born after 1955 can apply, those born after 1980 will receive a higher score.
Reward score also for interventions carried out in a municipality with high margins, work carried out in a mountain town or in smart-working at least 50% in the home for which the loan is requested, an Isee equal to or less than 20 thousand euro, at least one child aged 10 or under who will have residence and habitual residence in the property purchased.
