VALLE D’AOSTA
No deaths and five new positive cases at Covid 19 in Valle d’Aosta. The total positive cases therefore rise to 12,315. The current positive cases are 79 of which 74 in home isolation and five hospitalized. The healed are a total of 11,762, +6 compared to yesterday. The cases tested to date are 92,749, the total swabs carried out 231,554. The deaths of people tested positive for the virus from the beginning of the epidemic to today in Valle d’Aosta are 474.
TRENTINO
Even today hospitalizations in Trentino are increasing: in fact, there are 28 Covid patients in hospitals, of which 2 in resuscitation. The death toll of Covid-19 in South Tyrol still rises: the provincial health authority reports a new death which brings the total to 1,204 since the beginning of the health emergency. In the last 24 hours, 34 new positive cases were also ascertained on the basis of 401 PCR swabs (110 of which were new tests). In addition to these, 4,661 antigen tests were also carried out. The number of hospitalized Covid-19 patients is still increasing: they are 60, six more than yesterday. Of these, 56 (7 more) are assisted in normal hospital wards and 4 (one less) in intensive care. The Crisis Unit of the Piedmont Region reported 193 new cases of people who tested positive for Covid-19 (of which 101 after antigen tests), equal to 0.4% of 44,550 swabs performed, of which 41,536 antigenic. In Tuscany there are 190 new Covid cases (172 confirmed with molecular swab and 18 by rapid antigen test), which bring the total to 290,031 at the beginning of the Coronavirus health emergency. New cases are 0.1% more than the previous day’s total. The healed grew by 0.1% and reached 276,842 (95.5% of total cases). Today 4,814 molecular swabs and 9,696 rapid antigenic swabs were performed, of which 1.3% were positive. On the other hand, 4,031 subjects were tested today (with antigenic and / or molecular swab, excluding control swabs), of which 4.7% were positive. The current positives are today 5,902, + 0.1% compared to yesterday. The hospitalized are 299 (16 more than yesterday), of which 28 in intensive care (stable). Covid cases in Sardinia remain almost stable, with 30 additional virus positives, based on 934 people tested. A total of 2431 tests were processed, including molecular and antigenic tests, with the positivity rate rising to 1.2%. Two deaths: a 72-year-old man and an 89-year-old woman, both resident in the province of Southern Sardinia.
The number of patients hospitalized in intensive care units is 7 (1 more), while the number of those hospitalized in the medical area has dropped by two to 42. There are 1298 cases of home isolation (9 more than).
