Calabria: 56 new infections, +63 healed and two deaths
According to the Covid-19 emergency bulletin released by the Health Protection Department of the Calabria Region, 56 new infections are registered (out of 1,163 swabs carried out), +63 recovered and 2 deaths (for a total of 1,451 deaths). The bulletin also records -9 currently positive, -13 in isolation, +4 hospitalized and, finally, stable intensive care (for a total of 5).
In Emilia Romagna, 407 new cases and no deaths
Since the beginning of the Coronavirus epidemic, 432,679 positive cases have been recorded in Emilia-Romagna, 407 more than yesterday, out of a total of 10,915 swabs performed in the last 24 hours. The percentage of new positives on the number of tampons made since yesterday is 3.7%, a value not indicative of the general trend given the number of tampons performed, which on Sunday is lower than on other days. Furthermore, on holidays, especially the molecular ones, are made primarily on cases for which a positive result is often expected. Of the newly infected, 179 are asymptomatic identified in the context of regional contact tracing and screening activities. Overall, among the new positives 132 were already in isolation at the time of the swab execution, 211 were identified within already known foci. The average age of new positives today is 43.7 years. Of the 179 asymptomatic, 115 were identified thanks to contact tracing, 5 with serological screening, 10 through tests for risk categories introduced by the Region, two through pre-hospitalization tests. An epidemiological investigation is still ongoing for 47 cases.
Slight decline currently positive in Umbria
As on Monday last week, the number of currently positive Covid in Umbria recorded a slight decline, 1,160, 13 less than Sunday according to the Region’s website. The last day was characterized by the absence of new deaths, while 13 were the new positives and 26 were healed. 582 swabs and 2,801 antigen tests were analyzed, with a positive rate of the total equal to 0.38 percent (0.34 on the same day last week). With regard to the situation in hospitals, the number of hospitalized patients rose to 44 from 43, six of which (stable data) in intensive care.
Valle D’Aosta, no deaths and no new positive cases
No deaths and no positive cases at Covid 19 today in Valle d’Aosta. The total cases therefore remain 12,310 from the beginning of the emergency. The current positives are 80 of which 75 in home isolation and five hospitalized. No one healed in the last 24 hours, so the total remains 11,756. The total cases tested are 92,610 while the swabs carried out to date are 230,715. The deaths of people tested positive for the virus from the beginning of the epidemic to today in Valle d’Aosta are 474.
Molise, stable infections in the last week
In the last week in Molise the numbers of the pandemic have stabilized. There are 52 new infections compared to 53 in the previous seven days. The positivity rate was unchanged at 1.9 percent. There are 7 patients hospitalized, but the number of patients in intensive care goes from 1 to 2. The currently positives rise from 99 to 115.
