CROCETTA DEL MONTELLO. Mother Elena Tessariol had been on the ward in the morning, at the Montebelluna hospital, but it seemed it was not yet time to give birth, so much so that around noon she was discharged. In the early afternoon, however, little Athena decided it was time to come to light, while her mother was with her parents, in Ciano del Montello.
At that point Elena telephoned the ward where the midwife Roberta gave her suggestions, while arranging to send the ambulance.
But Athena was much faster than the ambulance and also than her father Giacomo Gamba, who was hastily returning from work to witness the birth of his second child. The phone call at 1.46 pm, the happy eveto at 2.00 pm Elena and Athena are very well.
