From Friday 13 May the new IT platform will be operational on the website of the Ministry of Infrastructure and Sustainable Mobility (MIMS) for the presentation of requests for access to the Fund for the adjustment of the prices of building materials by the contracting authorities for the second semester 2021. It will be possible to access the platform after registering and acquiring credentials.
The decree has been published
The decree of the Directorate General for the regulation of public contracts and the supervision of major works of 4 April 2022 was published in the Gazette, containing “Detection of percentage changes, increasing or decreasing, exceeding 8 per cent, which occurred in the second half of the year. year 2021, of the single prices of the most significant building materials ».
The procedure
According to the terms established by the law, the economic operator or contractor, starting from 12:00 on 13 May and up to 27 May, will be able to present the request for compensation to the reference contracting authority, which, in the event of insufficient own resources, will submit the application for access to the Fund on the aforementioned platform.
