Falls from a stretcher in the emergency room and dies: investigation into the death of a 75-year-old in Salento

LECCE – Patient “parked” in the emergency room falls off the stretcher and dies days later for a spinal cord injury. And the family members of a 75-year-old from Scorrano have thus decided to file a complaint-lawsuit to understand exactly the causes of death and evaluate any profiles of responsibility. The file is on the table of the pm Maria Vallefuoco which hypothesizes the crime of culpable responsibility for death in the health sectorat the moment, against unknown persons.
