BOSCONERO. The owner of an agricultural estate was arrested by the carabinieri for having beaten up the manager of the water management of the municipal consortium of Rivarolo. It happened in Bosconero. The 54-year-old man had punched the official, then threatened him with a knife and an iron chain, after a dispute over the improper use of water for irrigation. The farmer, before being immobilized, also attacked the soldiers of the Arma.
