TARVISIO. Fire, around 6.30 on Wednesday 30 March, in via Sella, in Tarvisio. It happened at the Camporosso 2 residence. For reasons yet to be ascertained, a fire broke out from a restaurant, a pizzeria, which is located on the ground floor of the building.
The two-storey building is made of reinforced concrete, but with the walls and roof covered in wooden matchboard. Smoke also reached some rooms upstairs. Nine people, who managed to get out of the building as soon as they realized what was happening, were rescued by the 118 health personnel. None, however, were hospitalized.
The firefighters of Tarvisio intervened on the spot, committed to safety measures and to dismantle all the material that was on fire. The damage is enormous. There is talk of tens of thousands of euros.
