The newly revised “Beijing Community Elderly Service Station Operation Support Measures” will be formally implemented on January 1, 2022. According to the support measures, the city will give “basic subsidies” to the old-age post, and the two-star and above posts will also receive an additional “star subsidy”. For chain-operated stations, for every new station, chain operating subsidies will also be given. At the same time, the nursing subsidy provided by the nursing station for the elderly will also be retained.

If the actual contracted service target of rural post is less than 80 people, each household will be given a subsidy of 14,000 yuan per month; if there are more than 80 people, it will be given a monthly subsidy of 180 yuan per person according to the actual number of contracted basic elderly service targets.

Basic elderly care services can only be obtained
