TREVISO. It is from the anomalous opening of some current accounts that, last autumn, someone at the Treviso post office realizes that a real assault by the “building bonuses pirates” is underway. The pirates have the faces and names of some young people from Eastern Europe, all with small or serious criminal records, which have little to do with the renovation of facades of houses or condominiums.
