And here it is the project of the famous seven houses (two apartments per floor) that will rise in three distinct blocks to be built – if there is always the ok – adjacent to the railway, plus three that would rise to the north of the gym area. A residential setting that will divide the “Panatta Racquet club” from the subdivisions that were built years ago along via Sarpi and which are also expanding. But the project also plans to create a green belt connecting the club and the “green village”, as Panatta himself defined it, through a green area that will flank the railway connecting the houses of the village with the area of via Medaglie d’Oro and which will be set up with fitness equipment and cycle and pedestrian paths. Another “light” connection will instead be made on the east side of the entire “Panatta Village” connecting via Giuseppe Maffioli (parallel to via Sarpi) with via Medaglie d’Oro thus allowing those arriving from the north to reach the club directly, or return in the city avoiding Ghirada road for those leaving the club or coming from the south.

But how to reach the “Village”? Residents certainly will not pass by the “Racquet club”, in fact the designers who took care of the residential plan for Panatta have hypothesized a one-way private road that can be taken from via Maffioli (north of the sports center and residential area) it will skirt the buildings of the “Village” and then come out again in via Maffioli to connect to via Sarpi.
