The Sixth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China passed the third historical resolution. The Xinhua News Agency issued a high-profile communiqué touting Xi Jinping. For a communiqué of more than 7,000 words, Xi Jinping accounted for more than 2,000 words. However, through the appearance, more details show that Xi Jinping has not pacified the opposition forces in the party.

As the most important outcome of the Plenary Session, the full text of the third historical resolution was still not announced until the early morning of November 13, that is, 36 hours after the end of the Sixth Plenary Session.

Even the folks feel that things are strange. Some netizens left a message saying, “What else needs to be revised in the “historical resolution”?”

At present, the outside world can only understand the main content of the resolution through the communiqué of the Sixth Plenary Session of the Central Committee.

Akio Yaita, the director of the Taipei branch of Japan’s “Sankei Shimbun”, posted on Facebook that the communiqué showed that Xi Jinping failed to deny the line of the former party leader in the resolution.

Yaita wrote, “A CCP veteran interviewed many years ago once told me the secret to reading CCP documents: “What is more is not important; what is missing is important. What is affirmed is not important; what is denied is most important. “”, “In a dictatorship that likes to create gods, it is difficult to thoroughly implement the new line if the old line is not completely denied.”

Akio Yaita pointed out that Xi Jinping’s intentions in recent years are to deny Deng Xiaoping’s line. Representatives and the scientific concept of development, however, “In this historical resolution, “Deng Sanke” was basically unaffected. It appeared several times in its entirety, indicating that Xi’s ideas have been strongly resisted by the opposition in the party.”

The outside world also counted and found that the number of times the names of the five party leaders of the CCP were mentioned in the Sixth Plenary Session of the Communist Party of China, from most to least: Xi Jinping 17 times, Mao Zedong 7 times, Hu Jintao 5 times, Deng Xiaoping and Jiang Zemin 1 time. This shows that Xi Jinping focused on reprimanding both Deng Jiang and Hu Jintao, who used his naked retreat to support him.

After the Sixth Plenary Session of the Central Committee, on November 12th, the three official mouthpieces respectively issued major reports on the Sixth Plenary Session. The strange thing is that there is a tendency to downgrade Xi Jinping.

Xinhua News Agency published “Participants Discuss the Spirit of the Sixth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee.” The 3000-word long article only mentioned Xi Jinping 6 times; the People’s Daily editorial on “New Era and New Journey” also contained 3000 words and only mentioned Xi Jinping 6 times. ; CCTV’s quick review of “use history as a mirror to create the future” is less than 1,500 words, and the number of mentions of Xi has been correspondingly reduced to four times.

Compared with the grand occasion of 77 mentions of Xi Jinping in a 4D article by Xinhua News Agency on the opening day of the Sixth Plenary Session, it is not the same as that, and it also caused speculation that Xi Jinping was frustrated at the Sixth Plenary Session.

Xi Jinping tried to consolidate his position by emphasizing the legitimacy of the Chinese Communist regime. However, the greatest force against him is likely to come from the Chinese Communist system itself.

A senior Hong Kong media person Shi Shan recently published a column in The Epoch Times saying that after Xi Jinping came to power, he arrested many officials and deprived of the gray interests of the CCP system. However, the CCP does not govern the country according to law and relies on unspoken rules. Xi Jinping abolished the old power of rent-seeking. Unspoken rules, but since they are unspoken rules, they can only be carried out under the table. It takes time to establish a new set of rules. Therefore, the CCP officials facing the chaotic situation simply choose to “lay flat.” As a result, lazy and lazy politics became a cancer of the Xi regime. .

In addition to the system backlash, Xi Jinping is also facing counterattacks from political opponents in the party, dominated by the Shanghai Gang.

Akio Yaita analyzed: The third resolution retains the “Deng Sanke” in its entirety. This will give Xi’s political opponents a theoretical basis and opportunity to counterattack in the future. The struggle will continue.”
