According to the requirements, these 25 wholesale companies, as the first batch of enterprises to carry out off-site supervision, will realize the remote monitoring of warehouse and cold chain temperature and humidity monitoring and the video monitoring of key areas of the warehouse before September 30 this year, and complete the temperature and humidity monitoring before November 30. Humidity monitoring data is connected with the data of the “Drug Circulation Traceability Supervision System”. Regional wholesale enterprises of narcotic drugs and first-class psychoactive drugs will realize remote monitoring of warehouse and cold chain temperature and humidity monitoring and video surveillance in key areas of the warehouse before October 30 this year, and complete temperature and humidity monitoring data and “drugs” before December 31. Data docking of “Circulation Traceability Supervision System”. Gradually promote the off-site supervision of special drug distributors, comprehensive drug wholesale companies, unincorporated branches of drug wholesale companies, and specialized drug wholesale companies.
Supervisors will use remote login to realize online inspections of real-time data, historical data, alarm records, processing measures and other data in the warehouse of pharmaceutical wholesale enterprises and cold chain temperature and humidity monitoring. Through remote login, real-time video surveillance records in key areas of the warehouse can be viewed, and historical video surveillance records within 30 days can be viewed. Through data docking, the warehouse and cold chain temperature and humidity monitoring data are uploaded to the drug circulation traceability supervision system every day.
