IVREA. Change at the top of the Young Entrepreneurs Group of Confindustria Canavese: Ambra Michela
is the new president of the Group for the three-year period 2021-2024. Elected unanimously during the General Assembly held Monday in Ivrea, she takes over from Debora Ianni who has concluded her mandate.
During the meeting, the members of the Governing Council who will work alongside the president for the next three years of activity were also nominated. It includes: Umberto Cavaletto (Cavaletto Mario SpA), Umberto Coen (Caffemania Srl), Ilaria Data (Data Officine Snc), Cristian Iuculano (RJ Srl).
Ambra Michela, born in 1993, is Marketing Manager and Board Member of the family business, Emmevi MV Spa in Cuceglio, specialized in the production and marketing of multipurpose carpets and runners. Having been actively involved in the Group for some years, the president strongly believes in the values of which the young entrepreneurs of Confindustria are the bearers.
There are four main points at the basis of his program which touches on different but absolutely complementary areas. A broad and articulated program whose components are all driven by a single common goal and that is to ensure that the Group can increasingly represent an added value for the community in which it operates.
First of all, training, which will be the key theme of her mandate, in continuity with the activity of the president who preceded her. The President intends to keep alive the Group’s commitment to local schools by promoting the many well-established initiatives in favor of young people (such as “Wooooow” and “Train the entrepreneur in you”) and by launching new ones. Furthermore, it wishes to encourage the training of the members of the Group themselves, considering Confindustria not only a space for exchange, comparison, proliferation of new ideas but also a place in which to acquire new knowledge and skills to be spent on the field every day.
Another important issue will be the numerical growth of the Group at a local level together with the promotion of the value of the organization within the Confindustrial scenario; then digitization, which the President
wishes to develop by giving a digital impulse to all the Group’s activities, in particular by promoting them on the main social platforms; finally, corporate social responsibility, proposing to participate actively in many local social and ecological support projects.
At the time of her appointment, the new president declared: “I am honored by the trust that has been placed in me: being president of the Group is an important challenge that I intend to face with commitment and
enthusiasm. I believe in teamwork and I believe in the value of the new generations of entrepreneurs who make up our future because they are the bearers of innovation and creativity. This is why I am convinced that
through the many projects that my colleagues and I will implement in the coming years, we will be able to make our contribution to the growth and development of the Canavese area and we will be able to convey the desire to do
enterprise to many young talent. We have a great responsibility for the future of entrepreneurship and its representation, which is why we will strive to give everyone our best in every area “.
