When the famous cook Lyudmila Borshch offered the Milady salad to her fans, she warned that it was not about the woman from the book “The Three Musketeers” (Milady or Lady Winter), but about every Ukrainian woman whom life forces to impress everyone with her beauty and awareness, and to the same, to hold the whole house on his elegant shoulders.

But after the publication of the video on the platform on the Internet, women began to write to Ms. Borshch that Milady from Alexander Dumas’s novel is not such a bad young lady at all, and that life in the cruel world of men forced her to become so.
After pondering the e-mails and comments under the video, Lyudmila Borshch thought that maybe there was some sense in such thoughts, and called the new salad “Lady Winter” (that’s the name of the infamous character who poisoned Constance Bonacieux).

And as a pleasant “bonus” to “Lady Winter” we offer a recording of cooking risotto from cabbage (but already cauliflower) and chicken with mushrooms. It was recorded at the beginning of cooperation by people you all know.
And for dessert, you can always make a homemade honey cake, the recipe of which was shared by the famous Ukrainian confectioner Liza Glinska.
