3. 4. On December 21, 2021, I received a clue to the issue of the “Letter on the Suspected Illegal Production of Hejin Hengbo Building Material Technology Co., Ltd.” handed over by the Emergency Management Department. According to relevant requirements, the Provincial “Hundred Days Tackling” Office transferred the matter to the Yuncheng City Government for verification and processing in accordance with the law, and at the same time, the relevant departments listed and supervised the matter.
5. On December 30, 2021, I received a clue from the Provincial Emergency Management Department about “Shanxi Guangpeng Chemical Co., Ltd. has 4 major production safety accidents and 37 general production safety accidents.” According to relevant requirements, the Provincial “Hundred Days Tackling” Office transferred the matter to the Yuncheng City Government for verification and processing in accordance with the law. At the same time, the relevant departments listed and supervised the matter.
For the above 5 events, the relevant municipalities shall provide feedback on the results before January 10, 2022. If there are unsettled, “received but not done” or falsely completed, they will be upgraded for verification and be held accountable strictly.
3. The implementation of the rectification and reform of key tasks in the three-year special rectification of production safety in the province
In October 2021, the Provincial Government Safety Committee Office organized a three-year special rectification of production safety in the province to focus on the implementation of key tasks in the year. Provincial supervision and inspections, and written feedback to the municipal governments on the problems and hidden dangers found. According to the rectification situation reported by each city, the results are now announced as follows (in order of rectification rate):

2. Taiyuan City has discovered 50 hidden dangers of various safety production problems, 47 of which have been rectified, with a rectification rate of 94%, and there are still 3 hidden dangers that have not been rectified.
3. Jinzhong City found a total of 95 hidden dangers of various problems in production safety, 89 of which have been rectified, with a rectification rate of 93.7%, and there are still 6 hidden dangers that have not been rectified.
4. A total of 88 hidden dangers of various safety production problems were found in Xinzhou, 79 of which have been rectified, with a rectification rate of 89.8%, and 9 hidden dangers have not been rectified.
