A strong personality, a curious mind, full of interests and passions, from history to philately to numismatics: this is how Nadir Giambeppe Castagneri can be defined, a Pontese historian, but not only, who died on Monday 18 April at the age of 93. Castagneri was born in Pont on 2 August 1929 and represented for many fellow citizens the authentic historical memory of Pont Canavese.
