The president of the Region clarifies that the government’s challenge has not yet been notified
The decision of the Council of Ministers to challenge the regional law n ° 15 of 2021 “does not seem to affect the structure of the law” concerning the budget adjustment and anti-crisis measures for the Covid emergency. This was stated by the President of the Region Erik Lavevaz commenting on the decision of the Italian government.
“We have not yet received notification from the government of the appeal,” explains Lavevaz, so “at the moment we do not know the details and reasons. As soon as we can examine them we will make our evaluations ».
As far as made public so far, the appeal deliberated in yesterday’s Cdm concerns the sector code on landscape matters and the statutory powers.
