On April 17, 2024, Premier Li Qiang of China held a discussion with representatives of overseas buyers participating in the 135th China Import and Export Fair in Guangzhou. The meeting saw the presence of leaders from prominent overseas companies such as Intelligent IKEA, Wal-Mart, Koper, Lulu International, Meirzhen, Alzum, Nitori, Auchan, Shengpai, Kesko, and Changyou.

During the discussion, representatives of overseas buyers shared their experiences of strengthening cooperation with China through the Canton Fair, highlighting its role in promoting trade and friendly relations between China and other countries worldwide.
