Appointed for a legal period of 4 years, the mayors of El Morro, Mata de Limón, Morichal, Quebradaseca and El Taladro will play a fundamental role in strengthening municipal administration and promoting the well-being of their communities.
They were officially inaugurated by the mayor, Marco Tulio Ruíz Riaño, who entrusted them with key responsibilities such as the diligence of administrative actions, the promotion of citizen participation, compliance with legal regulations and support for the inhabitants of their respective localities.
During the inauguration, the mayor conveyed to the magistrates the importance of their role as direct representatives of the president in the rural territories of the municipality. He highlighted the need for legal professionals with technical skills to collaborate closely with the administration and facilitate fluid communication between the local government and the townships.
