Huasheng Online, October 4 (Reporter Liu Sijia Yinyun) In the middle of the National Day holiday, Hunan’s cultural tourism market has recovered strongly due to the strong drive of various exciting holiday cultural and tourism activities. The reporter learned from the Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism that four days before the National Day, 361 scenic spots, rural tourist areas, museums, libraries, and cultural centers in the province received a total of 7,610,100 tourists. Among them, the 107 tourist attractions included in the monitoring received 6.0716 million tourists and achieved operating income of 1.058 billion yuan, an increase of 39.26% and 44.94% respectively over the same period of the previous year. The 65 rural tourist areas received 935,700 tourists and achieved operating income of 136 million yuan, an increase of 67.25% and 16.87% respectively over the same period of the previous year.
During the National Day holiday, red tourism continued to heat up. In the Shaoshan tourist area of Xiangtan, visitors come to present a flower basket to the bronze statue of Mao Zedong, pay homage to the former residence of Comrade Mao Zedong, and receive an endless stream of tourists receiving revolutionary traditional education. The red tourist attraction of Chenzhou Shazhou, built with the theme of the “half quilt” red story, attracted a large number of tourists to revisit the party history and feel the red spirit. Red tourist attractions such as Anhua Wenwu Temple in Yiyang, the southern slope of Yuntai Mountain, and Long March Root Sculpture Cultural Center of the Red Army of Tianyi Muguo are full of tourists.
Various major scenic spots have launched a variety of folklore activities. Changsha Tongguan Kiln Ancient Town staged laser fireworks and water dance shows every day, upgrades of intangible cultural heritage iron flower performances, and wonderful performances such as “The Story of Copper Officials”, “Ancient Rhyme of Neon Clothes”, and “Bonfire Party” in the “Datang Market”, creating immersion for tourists Garden experience; Changde Taohuayuan tourist attraction, with the theme of “continuing the inheritance of folk custom skills and celebrating the harvest”, launches a series of folklore projects and intangible cultural heritage performances, inviting tourists from all over to come to visit the mountains and rivers, appreciate the beautiful scenery, and taste folk customs; in Huaihua Tongdao County Huangdu Dong Cultural Village, large-scale live performance “Wuliang Love Song”, ethnic sports activities, Dong’s intangible cultural heritage experience, “Dong Listening to the Royal Capital” Lusheng stepping in the hall, eating oil tea, Dong’s wedding show and other characteristic folklore activities attract tourists. ;Loudi Purple Quejie Terraced Fields Scenic Spot held Meishan Wushu, Xinhua Folk Songs and “Hi Tour Purple Quejie” series of folklore performances, creating a festive and peaceful holiday atmosphere; Xiangxi Ancient Phoenix City Scenic Spot “Xiangjian·Tuojiang” immersive art cruise light and shadow The show is upgraded and re-enacted with the theme of Miao culture, and cleverly integrates Chinese painting, animation, live-action shooting, movie audio-visual, real-scene construction, night tour installations, light and shadow equipment and other forms of expression, bringing visitors a scene of light and shadow technology and Miao culture A feast of perfect fusion.
On October 4th, the top ten scenic spots in the province by the number of tourists received were: Nanyue, Shaoshan Tourist Area, Yueyang Tower Scenic Area, Langshan Mountain, Lushan Scenic Area, Taohuayuan Scenic Area, Liuye Lake Tourist Resort, Dongjiang Lake Tourist Area, Orange Island Scenic Area, Yuntai Mountain.
