Overvaluation: MSCI World ETF: 3 warning signs and 2 possibilities

The MSCI World Index and corresponding ETFs have developed strongly in recent years. These indications suggest an overvaluation.

The MSCI World is very important among all indices because it reflects the performance of the world‘s most important companies from 23 industrialized countries. According to the index provider MSCI, it currently contains 1,465 stocks and thus covers 85 percent of the market capitalization of the countries included, adjusted for free float.

The MSCI World Index was launched in 1970 and has risen around 3,223 percent since then. Who only then 10.000 US-Dollar invested, owns today 332.329
US-Dollar
(04/25/2024). In the long term it is a successful model and is therefore rightly part of many portfolios.
