Owner and employee were no-vax, a pharmacy closed in Brianza

by admin

A pharmacy in Renate (Monza) was closed by the carabinieri because the owner, who was reported, and an employee, were not vaccinated, as expected for those who work in health centers and in contact with the public. This was decided by the Ats Brianza, following some checks by the carabinieri as part of the “control campaign for compliance with the vaccination obligation for health professionals”. The owner, according to what emerged, despite being suspended from the Order of Pharmacists for not having completely fulfilled the vaccination obligation for the prevention of Sars-cov2 infection, continued to carry out her profession within the exercise.

The owner was reported for abusive exercise of the health profession and failure to comply with the health order. His collaborator was instead denounced for insulting a public official, for verbally assaulting the carabinieri. In September the same pharmacy had been the subject of some checks by the Nas carabinieri and the Ats itself, which led to the seizure of computer equipment.
