However, as the senator explains, in 2023 a new contract was made, but, this time, only the customer service space was taken into account, which, in 2020, cost 25 billion pesos.

And the contract, cheap. Do you remember that he had told you that it cost 25 billion? Now it has cost 72 billion. This means an extra cost of more than 45 billion pesos.

Furthermore, part of the complaint, stipulates that the company chosen in 2023 would not have the requirements stipulated in the contract and a private law firm would have been used to obtain authorization.

The other part of the complaint advanced by the senator focuses on the hiring under the missionary model where, until 2022, they cost around 31 billion pesos for contracts that lasted one year.

But under the new administration things changed, now they cost 51 billion, but only for six months. That is, if they hire again to complete 2023, the other six months that were left, we would be talking about a contract of 103 billion pesos.

According to the figures presented by the congresswoman, this new hiring model, which would only last six months, would be increasing the entity’s operating prices by 213%which is equivalent to 5.8 billion pesos more than in past times.

Furthermore, during the current administration, Paloma Valencia denounced that the number of workers in this type of contract increased and now it reaches 763 people who work with the entity.
