Il 15 maggio the new cycle of webinars on PIAO and Public Value dedicated to dissemination for the generation and protection activities of Formez PA Public Value.
The training initiative aims to transfer knowledge on contents, methods and tools for strategic planning and integrated programming through the Integrated Plan of Activities and Organization (PIAO). The appointments, characterized by a highly operational cut and made entirely remotely, are structured in such a way as to favor a tailor-made accompaniment path, based on the experience gained by FormezPA in the definition of a participatory model of strategic planning of the territorial Public Value and operational planning.
The first webinar on 15 May will provide a regulatory and conceptual framework of the PIAO, illustrate its rationale and logic, describe its component sections, outline the underlying planning and programming process and identify the related players. 3 webinars will follow (25 May, 6 June and 20 June) specifically dedicated to the University, Ministries and Healthcare sectors. Within each laboratory, the first evidence of the analysis of the PIAOs prepared by the administrations between 2022 and 2023 will be presented, the specifics of the sector illustrated and the testimonies of administrations that participated in the experimentation of the methodology developed by FormezPA for an effective integrated programming through the PIAO, in a logic of bench learning through the sharing of paths, experiences, approaches and operational solutions for the improvement of the planning capacity of the PA.
