On March 18, Quanzhou carried out the second round of large-scale population nucleic acid testing, with a total of 7 million people collected, all of which were tested; on the 19th, Quangang District, Anxi County, and Yongchun County conducted large-scale population nucleic acid testing, with a total of 1.559 million people collected. 963,000 copies were obtained.

As of 24:00 on the 19th, Quanzhou has investigated a total of 9,383 close contacts and 12,382 sub-close contacts, all of which have implemented relevant control measures.

According to experts’ research and judgment, since March 19, 18 new control areas have been designated, including 13 in Luojiang District and 5 in Nan’an City; 7 new control areas have been designated, including the entire Jinjiang City (except the closed control area). ), 6 in Fengzhou Town, Nan’an City; 8 newly designated medium-risk areas, including 3 in Licheng District and 5 in Jinjiang City. From March 19, all expressways, national and provincial trunk roads and other roads in Quanzhou will set up necessary inspection points to strengthen the strict inspection of vehicles and personnel in Liquan.
